What happens after I place my order?
Once we receive your order we'll email you a digital proof of your stationery including any wording you have provided. Once you have approved this proof, your stationery will be printed and posted to you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will send you a digital proof of your stationery within 3 working days. After we receive your authorisation you should receive your printed stationery within 7 - 10 working days.
Can you post my order to an address outside Australia?
We don't currently send orders outside Australia, sorry.
Customisation
How do I know what the final product will look like?
The digital proof we send you will contain the design layout (including your wording) as it will be printed. Please be aware that because not all monitors are the same, the colours of the printed stationery may vary slightly to what you see on screen.
How many proofs are included with my order?
Your order includes two digital proofs for each product type in your order. This means that if you are not happy with wording or spelling in the first proof, you have the option to request changes and receive a second proof with these changes.
How can I change the wording?
You can provide the wording you require during the customisation and checkout process (look for the button when viewing your cart). Your wording will be checked and formatted by a professional designer and we'll send you a proof of the final layout before printing.
Can I change the colour/paper/add something extra to the design?
Sure - let us know what you're after and we'll do our best to help you. There may be additional costs for these customisations, but if you tell us what you can afford we'll aim to give you as much as we can without blowing your budget.
What additional options do you offer?
Please see the product options page.
Can I provide my own envelopes?
We have some great envelopes on offer but we understand if you'd prefer to supply your own. Wherever the option of envelopes is available you can choose not to include any.
What if I find a spelling mistake once I receive my delivery?
The digital proof we send will contain the design and wording as it will be printed. Please check the proof carefully for any spelling errors as we can't take responsibility for misspelt words once you have authorised the wording on the proof.

What is digital offset printing?
All our designs are printed using an Indigo HP 5500 digital offset printer that uses colour ink instead of toner (like you would find in a standard laser printer). This results in an incredible, high resolution image that rivals any other printing method on the market today in color and style. A fifth ink (accompanying the usual Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK) is used to produce the matt varnish we use on some of our designs.
Digital Offset Printing is one of the most technologically advanced printing methods available today. It combines the speed and efficiency of digital printing with bright, vibrant and long-lasting color.
