We will be away from 18th December 2008 until 20th January 2009. You can still place orders during this time and we will be able to respond to any queries. However PDF proofs for orders placed during these dates will not be emailed until the 25th January. We hope you're not inconvenienced.
Terms and Conditions
Agreement between the online shopper and Anouk Invitations
By agreeing to these terms and conditions and placing an order with Anouk Invitations, you acknowledge that all elements of your order are correct including order quantities, the types of products included in the order, the wording and spelling of any text supplied by you, and that your contact, billing and postage details are also correct.
Changes to your Order
Your order includes two proofs for each product type. If you need to make changes to the wording or layout (where allowed) before these proofs are authorized, you will not incur additional charges. If you require additional proofs beyond the two included with your order you may incur additional charges.
Once Anouk Invitations has received your authorization to print for a digital proof, you will incur additional charges if you need to make further changes to the item covered by that authorization; including, but not limited to, spelling corrections and wording changes.
Changes to all other elements of your order besides wording and spelling may incur additional charges.
Returns
If, when you receive your order, you find printing or manufacturing errors, or damage to the product, where you inform us of the problem within 5 working days of receiving the order, we will cover the cost of returning your order and replacing it, except in the case that additional changes are requested by you after the order is sent.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order before you have approved the proof(s) for that order, you will receive a refund of your order amount, minus costs of customisation and proof processing and a $30 cancellation fee.
You cannot cancel your order after you have approved the proof(s) for that order.
If we do not receive your authorisation for 45 days after sending you a digital proof, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund minus the costs of customisation and proof processing.
